Optimize Hire can integrate with any applicant tracking system via open API. We’ve already built integrations with iCIMS, Greenhouse, and Workday, and for clients that don’t require a robust third-party system, we provide our own in-house applicant tracking system.

The Optimize Hire/iCIMS Prime Integration is a step above any other integration Optimize Hire has. With Prime, Optimize Hire clients can:

  • Turn on the integration in 10 minutes

  • Ask all applicants to seamlessly take the test during their application or send the test via email to select candidates

  • See applicants ranked by Optimize Hire score

  • View applicant score breakdowns in detail without leaving the iCIMS portal window

  • Access custom interview guides straight from iCIMS
